Our team uses an internally developed toolkit to allow the Vodeclic solution to interface directly with the client organization's user directory service, known as Microsoft Active Directory. The solution can also interface with the company’s ADFS. This allows the user to connect to the Vodeclic solution via their Windows ID, managed by Active Directory, with just one click.
Learning Management System
(LMS / SCORM)
The Vodeclic solution integrates perfectly into any LMS on the market, most often using the SCORM 1.2 standard. Creating a “smart shell” SCORM module, we can on one hand create an SSO authentication using the user’s LMS ID, while on the other hand automatically generate statistic and training reports to the LMS.
Importing .xls and .csv files:
The Vodeclic Solution's access can be given to all of your employees simply by importing their contact information from a CSV or Excel spreadsheet. Send us your employees' email addresses, names, and/or their positions in the enterprise, and it is done. How simple is that!
Vodeclic has developed an API that allows users to connect to the solution using their Salesforce IDs. Access to all of our training courses can be achieved with just one click.
Has your company implemented the enterprise social network, Yammer, to all of your employees? The Vodeclic API allows the users to authenticate each of their employees and let them access to the training solution in a quick and simple way, while preserving the training experience.
The APIs also allow us to authenticate your employees using their Google Apps IDs. With a connection from their Gmail accounts, the user can access our solution via the Vodeclic application.
Single Sign On (SSO)
The Vodeclic technical team has developed a number of APIs (Application Programming Interface) to allow users to connect to the solution via their HRMS, Enterprise Social Network or local intranet. The objective is to facilitate the connection to our training solution while encouraging the usage rate.
